DIMENSION
Specific
objective:
Provide to the girls the elements that support their socialization
process and intellectual development so they become related with
themselves and with others, and they might be able to integrate to the
Community to which they belong.
*
Know the familiar social and
cultural antecedents of the girls to provide them the adequate
support.
* Push the socialization process of the girls and
the sensitize of their relational being.
* Favor
the auto control and the exercise of the responsible liberty.
* Let
them know that they are part a community and make possible the
integration to it, through their treatment with their mates, the
practice of solidarity, dialogue and service. Beside their own
needs and of the others.
* Promote the frequent dialogue between
coordinators and girls above all, with those who do not have
their parents, motivating them so they may advance in their
personal dimensions.
* Provide
the adequate therapy the acceptation and assimilation of the
damage received by the girls and is able to surpass the
situations that hamper their development.
* Form
groups by their ages and physic and social interests to better
attend their characteristics.
* Integrate
the minors to a scholastic community and let them participate in
the civic, social, and sports events and all the others that
take place.
* Organize sports tournaments and visits to
recreative and cultural centers.
* Create
in the girl work habits, cleanliness, order and responsibility.
* Organize tournaments that develop their
capabilities.
* Maintain
personal communication with their fathers or tutors, of the
minors who have them, wit the purpose that they support the
advance of the students. |
