The Knowledge and analysis of the reality is a most in every pastoral action, that wishes to respond to the needs of situations, times and places. So any aspect of the human reality is unaware to the transformer power of the Gospel. Conscious of this, the members of the Homes helter manifest the following aspects of its reality:

* The girls that are to receive in the homes helter Mons. Enrique Tomas Lozano, are immigrants daughters, or belong to mothers that suffer of extreme poverty, or because of great familiar problems, can not permit to their daughters to live with them. They are also orphans, abandoned and mistreated by their parents or their families, girls that have suffered sexual abuse, daughters of single mothers, addicted to drugs, alcoholics, prostitutes or lesbians.

* The type of problems that this girls present before all, is the lack of love, care and the proper attentions to their vital individual, moral and religious needs.

* Almost all of them ignore their personal dignity and the most important aspect of the same. Many of them are not registered as it is ordained by the civil laws, either has received the initial sacraments.

* Some of these girls present discordance between there chronological and mental age, due to their cultural deficiency of the environment, in which they have lived.

* They do not have formed habits of any nature.  Their academic instruction has been unattended in such a way, that there are girls from 10 to 13 years that still are in 2^nd. And 3^rd. Grade of grammar school.

Accordingly with the before said, the girls present above all, at the beginning of their entrance, resistance to the fulfillment and participation in their homework, to observe order, follow a schedule, respect to their mates, etc. Nevertheless the before mentioned situations, are not an obstacle for the positive labor that is done with them, and of this, the following are enlisted:

* The conscience that is formed to the girls according to their dignity of persons

* The sensibility that they manifest before the fact of counting with a home and attention and soon they start appreciating what they receive.

* The practice that they accumulate about their cleaning habits and of the responsibility to perform little domestic works.

* The gathering they reach in the spiritual aspect of their persons and forging ideals according to their age.

* The organization by cycles for the academic attention of the tasks and the support to the Integral development, with their computer classes and physics education.

* To have a library for their exclusive use.

* The physiologic attention and the needed therapy that are given to every one of them.

* The separation by their ages in the bedrooms.

* The communication and support between the Sisters in charge of the homes helter, the love with which they treat the girls and the stimulus that are given with the rides that they organize.

The improvements that in the last years have been done to the Homes helter, are another factor that has contributed in much to the integral education of the girls, and of course can’t avoid to mention to the groups of benefactors: Rotary Club, Patronage, Sony Industrial Park, and many enterprises and particular persons, that with their generosity make possible the maintenance of the Homes helter Mons.
